Our reception staff are happy to assist you with booking an appointment that suits your schedule. It is important to book separate appointments for each family member to ensure adequate time per patient is allocated. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know and we will reschedule to another time for you.

FEES & REBATES

Private Health Rebates

Rebates may be available from your private health fund depending on your level of cover for podiatry services. Rebates can be claimed at the time of your appointment through HICAPS. If you are unsure of your cover, please contact your health fund.

Enhanced Primary Care or Team Care Arrangements

If you are eligible for an EPC or TCA your doctor can refer you for up to a maximum of 5 visits per calendar year across all Allied Health Services. This plan allows patients to claim a Medicare rebate for their podiatry service. To use a plan with us, the referral will need to be made to Pivot Podiatry.

NDIS

If you are an NDIS Participant and Podiatry is included in your Plan-Managed program or you are Self-Managed, we are able to provide podiatry treatment.

Department of Veteran Affairs

Gold Card and Eligible White Card holders can receive our services with no out-of-pocket cost. A referral from your GP is recommend before your initial consultation with our Podiatrist. We request that your White or Gold Card is brought to your first visit.

WorkCover

Please contact us prior to your appointment if you have a current insurance claim with a claim number and insurer’s signed approval.
