Since graduating with a Bachelor of Podiatry in 2013, Nicholas has worked both locally in the Hunter and with the NHS in London, England. He brings a comprehensive approach to client care and holds an Endorsement for Scheduled Medicines from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), allowing him to prescribe and administer a range of medications to his patients.
Nicholas has extensive experience in all aspects of podiatry, including nail surgery, orthotic prescription, paediatrics, and musculoskeletal strength and conditioning. He is a caring and compassionate practitioner who emphasizes patient education and involvement in their care.
Outside the clinic, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his young family and indulging in his passion for golf!
Graduating in 2014 from the University of Newcastle, Rebecca began her career as a podiatrist in Sydney before relocating to the Hunter Valley. She is known for her compassionate approach and strong commitment to patient education. Rebecca’s expertise covers a wide range of podiatric services, including ingrown toenails, diabetic foot care, and foot pain. Her genuine care ensures that her patients leave feeling supported and confident in their journey towards happy, healthy feet.
Outside of the clinic, Rebecca enjoys exploring the local vineyards, hiking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Since graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2017, Matthew has worked locally and in Port Macquarie, gaining a diverse range of skills in podiatry. His areas of interest include nail surgery, sports podiatry, and paediatrics, reflecting his passion for providing specialised care. He is dedicated to helping his patients achieve optimal foot health through personalised treatment plans.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing cricket, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
Zac joined the Pivot Podiatry team having graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from the University of Newcastle in 2016. Over the past nine years, he has gained extensive experience practicing across regional Victoria and metropolitan Sydney.
While Zac provides a wide range of general podiatric care, he has a particular clinical interest in the rehabilitation of acute sports injuries. To support his patients’ recovery, Zac has completed additional training in, Dry needling and myofascial cupping, Shockwave therapy and Advanced management of soft tissue injuries.
Now back in his hometown of Newcastle, Zac is excited to be closer to family and give back to the community he grew up in. Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find Zac staying active on the cricket or football field, or working on his golf swing.
With over 10 years of experience in administration, Laura has worked across various industries, including a period in London. She enjoys managing a team of dedicated and efficient staff and is committed to providing a friendly and comfortable environment for all our patients while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our practice. In her downtime, Laura enjoys cooking, spending time with her young family, and traveling.
With a background in law, Cathy spent over 20 years working in a legal firm before transitioning to the medical field. With strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, Cathy enhances her approach to patient care and administrative tasks. In her downtime, Cathy loves exploring the local area and spending time with family.
